Thalassa CMS

Thalassa 0.3.10 released. This is mainly a bugfix release, including:

• fixed implementation for the %[commentmap:] macro, which effectively didn't work in previous versions;
• newer version of the inifile library, in which the code has been generally cleaned, and several minor bugs were fixed, some of them existed in that code since 2003;
• newer version of the captcha library, improved by Y.Kotov (thanks!) so that trivial 1:1 challenges are never generated;
• several fixes for the Smoky template.

The only non-fix improvement is that the source of the Apache setup guide is included within the examples/thalassa/ directory.

Hopefully, upgrading to this release will not break anything on existing sites, as no changes were made to working (as opposite to buggy) code.
